As a Retail Planogram Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality point-of-sale displays in-store, building relationships with store managers and team members, and promoting a wide variety of products for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display Creation and Maintenance: Design and build visually appealing point-of-sale displays that drive sales and engagement.
  • Store Relationships: Develop strong relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete tasks and promote products.
  • Product Promotion: Promote a wide variety of products for leading brands, including negotiating additional promotional space with stores.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App, ensuring seamless communication with the team.

Requirements
  • Supermarket Retail Experience: Desirable but not essential; no experience necessary.
  • Driver's Licence and Vehicle: A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
  • Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Minimum of 3-4 days required availability, including Wednesday and Thursday.
