  • Financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and budgetary governance
  • Leading, managing, and developing a finance team of six
  • Year-end functions, reporting, and audit processes
  • Budget build process with operational managers and CEO
  • Anticipating operational and capital needs, identifying financing and procurement methods
  • Oversight of business advisory, performance, and reporting requirements
  • Providing recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team on financial soundness of day-to-day business operations and decisions
