We are seeking a mid-level commercial lawyer to join our highly respected Commercial and Private Client team. With a focus on commercial transactions, structuring, trusts, superannuation, and succession planning, this role supports multiple authors including private client partners Clinton Jackson, Linda Tapiolas, and Scott Hay-Bartlem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and negotiating commercial agreements, including stakeholder agreements, share and asset sale agreements
  • Advising on business structuring and asset protection strategies
  • Drafting commercial documents and providing advice for restructuring
  • Small to medium business merges and acquisitions, and commercial transactions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years PAE with genuine passion and interest in commercial and private client space
  • Excellent client service orientation
  • Strong general technical skills and commercial acumen
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work
  • Dedication to excellence and the delivery of outstanding client service
  • Desire to strengthen and build client relationships to continually contribute to the growth and success of the firm
