Job Title: Transport & Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Transport & Sales Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing weighbridge operations, handling sales invoicing, and coordinating transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain data accuracy and integrity across various processes, including sales orders, sale reports, pricing, weighbridge, and new accounts.
  • Organize customer orders and coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transport contractors and customers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Issue and manage weighbridge tickets/dockets, ensuring all transactions comply with company and regulatory standards.
  • Generate, process, and manage large sales invoices based on weighbridge data and customer orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate site inductions for drivers requiring access to the premises.
  • Maintain high standards of Health, Safety & Quality (HSEQ) compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales invoicing and data entry.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing processes, financial record-keeping, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and other relevant software.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with various teams.
