About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paediatrician to join our team at JPS Medical Recruitment. As a Senior Staff Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that Paediatric services provided by the hospital are of the highest standard and delivered in a reliable and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and direction to medical staff within the department.
  • Ensure continuity, effectiveness, and efficiency in the provision of healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA.
  • Possess at least 12 months recent experience as a Consultant Paediatrician in Australia, the UK, Ireland, Canada, NZ, or South Africa.
  • Be on the RACP training program or have IMGs with RACP interview date.
  • Have IMGs assessed by RACP and found to be partially or substantially comparable.
