About the Role

This is a regulatory affairs associate role that plays a critical part in ensuring the continuity of supply through life cycle maintenance activities for our existing portfolio and supporting the registration of new medicines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory affairs, preferably with prescription medicines, and an understanding of local and international regulatory guidelines. They will be able to investigate and evaluate problems to develop effective solutions, communicate effectively with team members, and work to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver regulatory submissions within required timeframes.
  • Maintain company databases and systems by drafting, updating, reviewing, and verifying entries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes, and provide regulatory advice to personnel as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date training with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions, and adhere to company values and expectations.
  • Support regulatory administrative activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, or Chemistry.
  • At least two years of experience in regulatory affairs.
  • An understanding of local and international regulatory guidelines.
  • The capacity to investigate and evaluate problems to develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • The ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
