About the Role:
- Assume responsibility for planning and scheduling transport assets across multiple sites in the East and West Pilbara regions.
- Optimize fleet utilization and personnel allocation to minimize external hire costs.
- Closely coordinate with site and internal planning teams to maximize resource efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create detailed schedules for crane and transport operations using SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Collaborate with crane supervisors and execution teams to ensure smooth operation and efficient work management.
- Support the planning of sustaining capital projects and coordinate external vendor resources.
- Contribute to weekly reporting on resource and asset utilization metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or logistics roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of crane operations or capacity planning is advantageous.
- A commitment to safety and understanding of work management processes.
- Holding a C-Class WA Drivers Licence is preferred.
About the Opportunity:
