Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Merchandiser & Inventory Planner to join our team at Strikeforce. As a key member of our Projects Team, you will be responsible for servicing and supporting our successful relationship with Bunnings Warehouse and other DIY retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Work across multiple Bunnings Warehouse and DIY retailers to execute shelf movements, complete Planograms, and merchandise products to meet sales goals.
  • Project Execution: Call on stores to complete small and large-scale projects, including building shelving and product relocation, executing tasks, and building displays.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, including Bunnings Warehouse contacts, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Accurately report project progress and compliance using own smart device.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills, working under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must be over 18, have full Australian working rights, and hold a current State Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
  • Skills: Possess a love of physical work, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to relate to a diverse range of people.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hardware, grocery merchandising, or supplies is highly desirable.
