  • Provide constructive feedback to the production team for process enhancement
  • Collaborate with management and supervisors to maintain efficient production practices

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in CNC and ideally CMM but a willingness to learn or move into a quality role would also be considered
  • An understanding of design tolerances and the manufacturing process of high-quality complex parts
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills

This opportunity will allow you to develop your skills in an advanced manufacturing environment and support critical infrastructure to the ADF. You will be provided with the chance to learn and grow with our company.

Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.

We value diversity of thought and seek applications from people who come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan, we encourage applications from women, veterans, and First Nations people.

QinetiQ conducts pre-employment screening, including identity verification and police checks, for all preferred candidates.
