Key Responsibilities

Adhere to policies and procedures while continuously improving processes

Maintain effective cost control and assist in budget preparation

Lead maintenance employees to achieve company objectives and targets

Allocate staff efficiently and manage training needs

Prepare regular reports and maintain record keeping procedures

Meet internal customer satisfaction levels and attend national maintenance conferences

Requirements

Qualifications in engineering or industrial trade

10+ years of industrial site maintenance experience

Minimum 5-10 years of maintenance management or supervisory experience

Experience in food manufacturing environments is highly advantageous

Desirable Skills

Strong internal customer awareness

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to demonstrate 'hands-on' engineering capabilities

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skill level

SAP experience is beneficial
