Job Overview

Kennedy Reid is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

The Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or complaints handling environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
