**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead multiple system enhancement projects concurrently for a large complex healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the definition, documentation, and successful completion of large-scale projects in line with project management methodologies.
- Promote and ensure the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools to ensure quality project outcomes.
- Manage project resources, expenses, and capital costs against project forecasts.
- Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote successful adoption of change within the business.
- Manage capability and resource development by leading and mentoring a multi-disciplinary project team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering large and complex application-based projects in the healthcare industry.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support the business.
- Proven excellent negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring an effective multi-disciplinary team.
