About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with clients to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that cater to their unique needs and goals. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and evaluating client progress.

  • Assist clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through a client-centred approach.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare, and WHS.
  • Undertake Vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments.
  • Deliver Vocational Counselling, facilitate interventions, and well-being programs.
  • Collaborate and liaise with employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals.
  • Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
  • Document case notes as part of your reporting, applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. You will have a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology, and registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or RCAA. You will also have extensive knowledge of NSW Legislative WC and a valid Australian Drivers' License.
