The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services across various schemes. You will also support our Regional Team Leader and State Manager with customer network development, knowledge sharing, and efficiency improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Professional Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW
- Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work
- A minimum of two years' experience in occupational rehabilitation or claims management
- Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload
- Proven ability to exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality, and Service Delivery KPIs
- Contribution to the development of others
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth
- Recognised as a 'go-to' person internally and externally
- Current driver's licence and car
