Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Engineer to join our Transmission Line team. In this role, you will coordinate engineering activities, including technical, inspection, scheduling, procurement, and quality control, supporting the project's safe, on-schedule completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to standards.
  • Address outstanding defects, record non-conformances, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks, addressing safety and environmental issues promptly.
  • Support planning, design, and resource management for effective project delivery.
  • Manage documentation, conduct team meetings, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and foster teamwork.
Requirements:
  • At least 8+ years of engineering experience in infrastructure construction.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Senior Project Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relevant leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of HS&E requirements.
  • Experience in project cost control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and budgeting/planning software.
