Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Medical Laboratory Scientist role.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering operational laboratory activities and contributing to the development and quality management of laboratory practices.

  • Responsible for coordinating scientific and technical training, reviewing and developing laboratory procedures, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and quality control processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical science or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Science or Medical Laboratory Science, with relevant subjects from a recognized tertiary institution.

Additional requirements include knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems, Patient Systems, and Quality Control Systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Customer-focused approach displaying well-developed interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills, report writing skills, statistical evaluation of scientific data, and effective policy communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Science or Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Strong knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems, Patient Systems, and Quality Control Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
