We are seeking a Relief Park Manager to join our team in the beautiful Miami, Gold Coast QLD.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a holiday park with a strong focus on customer service and business development.

As a Relief Park Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising small teams, being accountable for all business operations and guest experiences, and achieving agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, be flexible, and possess a positive can-do attitude. They must also be able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.

A strong support office and local management team will provide assistance with WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR, allowing our on-site teams to focus on delivering exceptional visitor experiences.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check.
