Are you a Property Manager seeking a new challenge?

We are looking for an experienced Building Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in property management, holding a Class 2 Real Estate Agent's Licence and a valid driver's licence.

You will be responsible for the daily management of our residential sites, providing exceptional customer service to tenants and owners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advertising and leasing our apartments
  • Organising inspections and maintenance
  • Facilities management and supervision of contractors
  • Acting as the first point of contact for tenants/owners

A strong communication skillset and ability to negotiate and influence are essential for this role.
