About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle Recovery Officer. As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you will be responsible for providing professional assistance and peace of mind to our members and other motorists in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate in a modern fleet of Attenuators and Tow Trucks to assist stranded motorists
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members and other road users
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety protocols
  • Hold an MR License or above and possess a General Induction White Card
What We Offer
  • A 38hr rotating roster of 8-10 hour shifts across Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift every 6 weeks
  • Commence and finish work conveniently at Eight Mile Plains or Lawnton locations
