The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our operations team in Mitchell. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, in full, and on budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining project records and documentation
  • Preparing and updating reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • General site management and coordination with the support of field leaders
  • Coordinating sub-contractor engagement and documentation
  • Associated financial administration, including preparing progress claims

You'll enjoy working as part of a team and delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated project coordination experience, preferably in the construction sector
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support both office and field-based workforce
  • High level of planning and scheduling skills
  • High level of IT proficiency, computer literacy, and MS Office Suite
  • Degree qualifications in civil, mechanical, construction management, or project management are beneficial but not essential
  • Ideal experience in rail/road culverts, wastewater, stormwater, and potable water networks, and/or pipeline rehabilitation
