The Role

This Traffic Strategy Manager will lead the growth of our Traffic category, managing supplier relationships, and delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for traffic-related products to achieve category and company objectives.
  • Manage the Traffic Team, driving sales and regional/product expansion.
  • Responsible for the overall sales of the Traffic category, including pipeline/deals management, margin expansion.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge and category insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the traffic category.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimise pricing and product offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure consistent supply.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to refine category strategies and maximise profitability.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in category management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
