Plant and Equipment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant and Equipment Administrator to join our Project Ceres team in Karratha. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support and database maintenance to the Plant and Equipment team, ensuring smooth operations across the department.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of all plant and equipment inventory through the CATT and FMS systems.
- Conduct site visits to contractor work areas to examine Plant and Equipment.
- Perform general office admin duties such as ordering materials, supplies, and tools.
- Provide administration support for the maintenance team.
- Previous experience in plant and equipment administration or maintenance administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to plant and equipment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Valid driver's license and construction induction card (White Card).
