Our luxury hotel, situated in the heart of the Whitsundays, is seeking an exceptional Hotel Venue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence and driving business growth across our food and beverage operations.
- Your primary focus will be on providing day-to-day leadership and strategic direction to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
- You will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role and possess a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
