We are seeking Production Assistants/Machine Operators to assist with operating rotational moulding machinery, hand and power tools, trimming/testing and quality checking products.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will work unsupervised or with a team, be available to work Monday - Friday on an ongoing basis, learn all aspects of the role with drive and energy, use hand and power tools, lift up to 20kgs and be physically fit, demonstrate excellent time management skills, show good communication skills and autonomy, have a flexible nature & positive attitude, read, comprehend and follow work instructions, perform basic mathematical calculations, interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or table form.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Work independently or as part of a team to achieve production goals.
  2. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
  3. Assist with setting up and operating rotational moulding machinery.
  4. Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  5. Conduct quality checks on finished products.
  6. Develop a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in rotational moulding or plastics manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • A valid LF forklift license is preferred but not essential.
  • Prior knowledge of basic mathematical concepts and ability to interpret written instructions.
