Leadership Opportunity in Sydney Construction Projects

Our client is a leading property development company with an extensive portfolio of high-rise residential, mixed-use, commercial, and retail projects across Sydney. Due to their growth trajectory, they are seeking multiple experienced Foremen to lead teams on various projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade background, specifically in carpentry, and have extensive experience in finishes management on large-scale projects. They should also have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring a high level of quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day site activities in accordance with project schedules and compliance with business systems.
  • Overseeing the work of subcontractors and site labor, ensuring adherence to project plans and documentation.
  • Coordinating communication and teamwork among team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Trade background in carpentry.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Finishes Foreman on large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
