Delivering high-quality training programs to electrical clients requires a strong Competency Training team with industry experienced and dynamic Trainers/Assessors. The role involves delivering nationally recognised qualifications, providing ongoing support to learners, contributing to the development of programs and resource materials, and participating in moderation and validation.

This is an opportunity to join a growing ASX listed RTO with exciting opportunities for career advancement and personal growth. Our purpose is to transform assets and people through strong relationships built on trust.

We are seeking qualified candidates with a strong background in electrical services qualifications, such as High Voltage Switching Operations (HVSO), Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Areas (EEHA), and Hazardous Area Classification & Design (HACD).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current Electrical Licence
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Previous experience or Units of Competency in HV Switching, EEHA, HACD, or Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas

Desirable skills include holding current Units of Competency for HVSO, experience in the HV Industry, and qualifications in EEHA and HACD.
