We're on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our team at Rundle Place. As a Front of House team member, you'll create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive sales through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and challenges
  • Take pride in your venue by ensuring it's well-stocked and ready to impress
  • Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe

Requirements:

  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience
  • A love for building customer rapport and interacting with diverse guests
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA and WWCC (or keenness to obtain them)
