About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Plumber to join our team in South East Brisbane. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance and gas works, submitting compliance paperwork, and working with our owner to grow a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out plumbing maintenance and gas works
  • Submission of compliance paperwork
  • Work with the owner to grow a team
  • Supervise team members to ensure workflow is maintained at an optimal level
  • Adhere to and educate others when required on Health & Safety standards

Requirements

  • 6 or more years of on-site plumbing experience
  • Fully licensed plumber with the credentials required to be capable of being the company nominee in plumbing & gas and operating under our clients' QBCC company license
  • QBCC licence in Plumbing & Drainage
  • QBCC licence for Gas Fitting (ideally)
  • Previous experience supervising/managing staff
  • Experience with compliance paperwork
  • Up to date knowledge of current Health & Safety standards
  • The ability to see potential in work opportunities that will result in business growth
  • Previous experience with targets and budgets
