OpsGenie Administrator

We are seeking a skilled OpsGenie Administrator to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As an OpsGenie Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our incident management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain OpsGenie user accounts, on-call rotations, and integrations.
• Configure and customize OpsGenie workflows and escalation policies to ensure seamless incident management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to incident management and alerting.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of ITIL incident management processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective incident management and resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest OpsGenie features and functionality to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an OpsGenie Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of OpsGenie administration, including user management, on-call rotations, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Relevant certifications in OpsGenie administration are a plus.
