Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues to implement effective solutions.

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency.

  • Install new HVAC equipment and components as required.

  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and equipment serviced.

  • Collaborate with the HVAC team to share knowledge and best practices.

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Formal qualifications in HVAC, air conditioning, or refrigeration are essential.

  • A QLD Restricted Electrical License is a minimum requirement.

  • Demonstrated experience as a service or maintenance technician, preferably within the HVAC industry, is required.

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly are necessary.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites are required.
