Northern Territory Operations Leader

Our team is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of aeromedical and primary health care services. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient services that positively impact the wellbeing of the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing operations team to achieve organisational goals.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to optimise resource use and deliver sustainable services.
- Drive excellence in service delivery through strong leadership, innovative practices, and robust operational planning.
- Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the region.
- Significant experience leading diverse teams and building effective relationships.
- Highly developed leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong understanding of human resource management and organisational performance practices.
- Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and sound decision-making skills in complex environments.
Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or a relevant discipline are required, along with demonstrated equivalent experience in Aeromedical, Emergency Services, Health, or Defence fields.
