As a volunteer at our shop, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about creating a safe and inclusive culture with wellbeing at its centre. You will have opportunities to develop new skills, make a positive impact in your community, and enjoy the satisfaction of rescuing pre-loved clothing from landfills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Process transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments
  • Sort and price donations to maintain our curated selection of goods
  • Create vibrant displays to attract shoppers and showcase our products
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
  • During your shift (4 hours or more), you can expect to undertake a variety of tasks such as:
    • Welcome and engage customers
    • Process transactions through point of sale (cash and eftpos)
    • Sort and price donations
    • Create vibrant displays to attract shoppers
    • Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment
