Subcontractor Management: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all site activities, including subcontractors and trades. This will involve communicating effectively with team members, identifying potential issues, and developing solutions.
Regulatory Compliance: Our successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. They will ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with these standards and that any non-compliance issues are promptly addressed.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager. A background in carpentry is desirable, but not essential. You will need to have experience working on basement projects and be able to manage a team effectively.
