**Job Summary**

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide critical support to our client's IT Services environment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in IT Service Desk, call centre or administrative type of roles and possess a strong customer focus and troubleshooting skills.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing allocated workload and priorities on a day-to-day basis. You will also be expected to document incidents through the service management capability.
