About the Role:This senior position involves coordinating product assurance programs to ensure Loram's products and services meet customer needs. You will advise on new product quality assurance, identifying and resolving issues to optimise operations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years working with technical aspects of track performance, with experience in customer-facing roles. They will also possess rail safety training and certifications, as well as experience in analysing and interpreting technical reports and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Recommend innovative methods to solve technical problems and seize market opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Advise on new product quality assurance and identify issues to optimise operations.
- Industry Leadership: Influence rail industry standards and regulations.
- Business & Customer Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop analytical techniques and reports to demonstrate the quality and effectiveness of Loram's services.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Minimum 5 years working with technical aspects of track performance.
- Rail safety training and certifications.
- Experience in analysing and interpreting technical reports and data.
- Exceptional ability to present complex technical information.
- A current C-Class driver's licence is mandatory.
