**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Technical Team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will guide and troubleshoot customers through any product issues during installation whilst providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with installers and builders
  • Data Entry and Admin tasks
  • Providing customers with product information
  • Warehouse and logistics support
  • Managing a busy inbox

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service skills in a similar fast-paced environment
  • Competency with computers and Microsoft Suite programs
  • The ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize tasks
  • An empathetic and collaborative nature
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • A team player
