Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies to engage and inform employees across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications, with experience in creating and executing communications plans that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage and inform employees
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop communications plans that support those objectives
  • Create and distribute regular communications to employees, including emails, intranet articles, and other materials
  • Manage and maintain the company intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date and relevant to employees
  • Provide communications support for major business initiatives and projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal communications
  • Strong background in communications planning, execution, and measurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
