Data Analytics Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Leader to join our Risk Assurance team. In this key role, you will play a critical part in transforming how risk is perceived and capitalised on by our clients.

The challenges facing businesses today are complex and multifaceted. To tackle these challenges, we need innovative thinkers who can deliver crucial business insights through data analytics and visualisation.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in data visualisation, data cleansing, and manipulation. You will work closely with clients to enable them to understand the value in their data and help them make sense of complex data sets.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess strong leadership qualities, with experience in coaching and leading teams to deliver key outcomes to organisations. You will be passionate about being at the forefront of change and enjoy working in an innovative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality data analytics solutions to clients, using tools such as SQL, ACL, R, SAS, and Alteryx.

  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored data analytics strategies.

  • Lead a team of consultants to deliver projects and achieve key outcomes.

  • Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A background in data analytics and a strong understanding of data visualisation principles.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools, including SQL, ACL, R, SAS, and Alteryx.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • An understanding of risk principles and internal audit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
