As a skilled Speech Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver speech therapy interventions aligned to participants' goals in various settings.
Our team employs a strengths-based approach and collaborates with other professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Our team covers a range of clinical areas, including early intervention, paediatrics, adults, dysphagia/swallowing, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and psychosocial disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective speech therapy interventions tailored to individual participants' needs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with service delivery standards.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Therapist.
- A strong passion for collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting.
- Experience delivering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the community.
