Speech Therapist Role

As a skilled Speech Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver speech therapy interventions aligned to participants' goals in various settings.

Our team employs a strengths-based approach and collaborates with other professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective speech therapy interventions tailored to individual participants' needs.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with service delivery standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Therapist.
  • A strong passion for collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Experience delivering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the community.
