Software Incident Specialist

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual for a challenging Software Incident Specialist role in Melbourne, Australia. You'll cover customers across our APAC region, operating our cloud-based imc Learning Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the lead to resolve customer issues and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Undertaking root cause analysis of technical tickets and providing workarounds or alternate solutions when necessary
  • Coordinating incident analysis and resolution efforts between teams
  • Building knowledge of our Enterprise level software platform
  • Sharing expertise through customer help documentation

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support or management
  • Support experience in IT environments and log/error analysis of web applications
  • Practical experience with SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, and Java
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Motivation and influencing skills
  • Experience or qualification in IT/Computer Science

Salary range: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
