Technical Resolution Specialist

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual for a challenging Software Incident Specialist role in Melbourne, Australia. You'll cover customers across our APAC region, operating our cloud-based imc Learning Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the lead to resolve customer issues and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Undertaking root cause analysis of technical tickets and providing workarounds or alternate solutions when necessary
- Coordinating incident analysis and resolution efforts between teams
- Building knowledge of our Enterprise level software platform
- Sharing expertise through customer help documentation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in technical support or management
- Support experience in IT environments and log/error analysis of web applications
- Practical experience with SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, and Java
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivation and influencing skills
- Experience or qualification in IT/Computer Science
