About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Piping Design Expert with a strong background in mineral processing and EPCM environments. You will have a proven track record of designing and implementing piping systems for gold, base metals, and iron ore projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proficient and accurate design input for mechanical drawings;
  • Coordinate engineering disciplines for Study/Project designs;
  • Develop and review piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs);
  • Review vendor-certified documentation and implement engineering interface data onto drawings;
  • Conduct timely reviews of Project mechanical drawings for compliance with design intent;
  • Perform accurate engineering design and calculations in accordance with Project, Client, and regulatory standards;
  • Interpret engineering drawings, documents, specifications, and scopes;
  • Identify scope variations and prepare relevant documentation;
  • Sourcing correctly specified equipment to meet project deliverables.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;A minimum 8 years of experience in Mineral Processing, ideally in an EPCM environment;Piping design experience in mineral processing plants;Experience in gold, base metals, and iron ore projects advantageous;Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders;Solid technical aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills;High attention to detail and broad knowledge across various disciplines;Proven time management and organisational skills;Excellent written and verbal communication.Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible work arrangements, access to a benefits platform, and opportunities for career growth and development.
