Experienced Auto Electrician Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our team. As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Perform thorough inspections and complete damage reports as per company procedures.
2. Carry out mechanical diagnosis, repairs, and replacements as required.
3. Perform repairs and refurbishing of recycled parts to required quality standards.
4. Ensure no vehicle or component is refitted or supplied if not safe to do so.
5. Upon request, carry out minor/small repairs as per Job Sheet.
6. If required, note broken parts/extra repairs and submit to Estimator.
7. Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
8. Ensure your work complies with our QA standards and sign the QA Sheet to confirm you have checked your work and it meets our standards.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that involves working in a team environment. We offer ongoing training and the latest tools, equipment, and processes. Our salary structure reflects our commitment to rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication.
Compensation:
- Junior-Mid experienced tradesperson: $60-$80k.
- Mid-Senior tradesperson: $80k-$100k.
- Annual salary and the opportunity to earn a production bonus.
