Role Overview

At Visy, we're committed to solving complex problems and driving innovation in sustainable packaging. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Proactively address new business leads, converting them into sales or allocating them to relevant teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, including ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, internal sales, and/or administration.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • High levels of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to support and collaborate with colleagues.
