Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Early Childhood Support Practitioner to join our team. This role involves working with families and children to develop and prioritize their goals using a routines-based approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will provide support to families that reflects a strengths-based and family-centred approach with a focus on improving the child and family quality of life. You will also work with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

You will have the opportunity to supplement this role with a clinical position of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Clinical Role: Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

This role involves assessing and observing participants' challenging behaviours and working towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.

You will develop a plan and implement it with training and regular follow-up and review.
