Service Desk Support Specialist

Datacom is seeking a skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing high-quality technical support and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in providing a positive experience for our clients.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about technology and customer service. If you have a qualification in IT and are looking to start your career in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and emails in relation to level 1 technical support
- Work to given Service Level Agreements and KPI's
- Problem solve and troubleshoot
- Multitask
