About the Role

As a Project Administrator at Ventia, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will be responsible for managing client invoicing and obtaining supporting documentation, submitting it to clients for processing and approval.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to operational personnel in training on relevant procurement systems.
  • Assisting with reviewing and updating purchase orders, open requisitions, and accounts payable workflow.
  • Providing overall support and general office duties, including credit card reconciliation, arranging travel bookings, IT requests, stationery orders, and data entry.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a Project Administration environment or experience within Systems Support.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience working as part of a team and independently.
  • Time management, planning, resourcing, and organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • SAP & Ariba experience desirable but not essential.
  • Tertiary qualifications or experience in Procurement or Contract Management desirable but not essential.
