**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as experience in inventory management and procurement. A strong understanding of financial systems and controls is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the purchasing process from ordering to delivery
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing regular reports and updates to management

You will work closely with our Executive Chef to ensure that all food and beverage purchases meet quality and profitability standards. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for procurement, we encourage you to apply.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
