The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of licensed therapists to provide mobility and exercise programs, as well as deliver therapeutic activity programs to residents. The selected individual will also participate in organizing and planning therapy programs, ensuring seamless collaboration with other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physiotherapists to develop and implement personalized exercise plans for residents.
  • Work closely with occupational therapists to design and deliver engaging recreational activities for residents.
  • Participate in program development and implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Accompany resident groups on outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
