We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Officer to join our team. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of land use and development in our city.

The successful candidate will possess a degree or postgraduate qualifications in town planning or other relevant fields. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in land use planning and development assessment, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional advice and guidance to planning officers on development assessment and strategic planning projects
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement land use plans and strategies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to balance land use outcomes and ensure effective communication
