Hills District Real Estate Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading agency, where they can kick-start their real estate career.

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with vendors and buyers to ensure they receive quality real estate services. This includes providing end-to-end administrative support, handling enquiries and processing paperwork as directed, assisting sales agents with open homes and private inspections, researching and identifying new opportunities, daily support of prospecting activities including phone prospecting and letterbox drops, responding to and on behalf of the team in a timely fashion, and maintaining and managing all data entry into CRM and sales software.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid certificate of Registration or have completed an Assistant Agent Course in NSW. You must also own a reliable car and hold a current driver's license, have experienced computer skills and MS Office Suite, experience within an admin/customer service capacity, possess strong attention to detail and be well organized, exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, have the ability to work autonomously and be trustworthy, and present yourself professionally.
